How does the 30-day free trial work?: Just run the installer on your server. Your fully-featured 30-day trial will activate automatically. No signup, registration, or credit card is required.
Do I need a license for each server?: Yes, licenses are per server (IP address). If you have multiple servers, you will need to purchase a license for each one.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?: Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your client area. The changes will take effect immediately.
What happens if my server exceeds the number of accounts that plan allows?: The scanner will stop working within 24 hours. So we recommend you to upgrade before hand when your license is reaching it's limit.
Can I migrate the license to my new server later?: Yes, you can do it by reissuing the license. For that Login to your client area >> services >> click on the license >> Reissue license. Then put the license key on the new server.
