cPMalScan is a product of Tijeers Softwares. TIJEERS reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Such changes shall take effect immediately and shall apply to all subsequent use by you of the Website , product or Services. . If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.

Service Provision and End User License Agreement

All Softwares & Services by TIJEERS is provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. TIJEERS makes no warranty that the Software is free of defects or is suitable for any particular purpose. In no event shall TIJEERS be responsible for loss or damages arising from the installation or use of the Software, including but not limited to any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you.

Updates

The Softwares may automatically download and install updates from time to time from TIJEERS. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Software and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules, completely new versions and additional products and services offered through or from the Software. You agree to receive such updates (and permit TIJEERS to deliver these to You) as a condition to Your use of the Software.

Renewals & Payments

Payments made in respect of the Software are accepted via PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay and BankTransfer. Software licenses automatically renew at the conclusion of each month until cancelled. Payment is due on the anniversary of the date of signup each month. If payment is not received on or before due date, TIJEERS will suspend the license until full payment is received and reserves the right to suspend any and all related services for the account in question.

Cancellations

Software Licences may be cancelled at any time. No notice period is required, and cancellation shall be effective from the date the cancellation request is made or processed. Requests for cancellation should be submitted from our members area. BUT NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO REFUND ON CANCELLATION

Refunds

WE DON’T PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS. cPMalScan comes with a 30 days trial period. You can use the software FREE( no credit card or signup required ) for the trial period. And if you want to coninue using cpmalscan then you can make payment and renew monthly, quarterly or yearly. But no refund will be provided if you cancel.
